ASTM A358 TP304L Class 1 stainless steel electric fusion welded pipe adopts fully automatic double-torch electric fusion welding process and low-carbon welding wire, combined with 100% radiographic flaw detection and 1.5 times water pressure test to ensure that the weld quality and sealing meet nuclear grade standards; it can pass rigorous tests without additional treatment, and its pitting corrosion resistance is 15% higher than that of ordinary 304; it has a wide temperature range adaptability from -196℃ to 700℃, and its high-temperature creep strength is 15% higher than that of conventional 304L, and its low-temperature elongation is ≥40%.

1.Nuclear island auxiliary pipeline: In a 300-500℃ high-pressure water vapor environment, the low-carbon design avoids intergranular corrosion of welds, and Class 1 flaw detection meets ASME nuclear grade certification to ensure nuclear power safety.
