316 Stainless Steel Perforated Sheet

316 stainless steel perforated sheet is an austenitic stainless steel containing 2-3% molybdenum. Its chlorine corrosion resistance is much higher than that of 304 stainless steel, and the area around the perforated holes is not easily cracked or damaged by corrosion. The service life can be extended by 2-3 times, greatly reducing the cost of frequent replacement.

The tensile strength of 316 stainless steel sheet with holes is ≥515MPa. After perforation, the arrangement of the holes is optimized to reduce stress concentration and ensure structural stability. It can be directly used in scenes where both strength and transparency are taken into consideration, such as equipment protective covers and building curtain walls.

Generally, 316 stainless steel is non-magnetic in the annealed condition. However, slight magnetism may develop after cold working (e.g., punching or rolling).
