ASTM A376 Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe

If you are looking for stainless steel seamless pipes that can maintain stable performance under high temperature and high pressure (such as thermal power boilers, petrochemical cracking furnaces) and industrial systems containing corrosive media, GNEE can provide ASTM A376 standard products - it uses heat-resistant grades such as 304H and 316L, with a high temperature resistance of more than 650℃, and specifications cover a variety of pipe diameters and wall thicknesses, following ASTM standards, with material certification and flaw detection reports.
Product Description

ASTM A376 is the standard specification for seamless austenitic stainless steel pipes, primarily used for high-temperature service in boilers, superheaters, heat exchangers, and refining/chemical processing units. These pipes are manufactured through cold or hot finishing to ensure uniform wall thickness, excellent grain structure, and resistance to thermal fatigue.

GNEE supplies a full range of grades, including TP304/TP304H, TP316/TP316H/TP316L, TP321/TP347, and TP310S/TP309S, commonly used for general-purpose heat exchanger and furnace tubing. All products conform to ASTM A376/A376M dimensional and mechanical standards, Customizable sizes, wall thicknesses, and surface finishes to meet specific project requirements

FAQ
1. What are the temperature limits for ASTM A376 pipes?
Depending on the grade, ASTM A376 pipes can withstand service temperatures up to 1100°C, especially grades like TP310S and TP309S.

2. What surface finishes are available for ASTM A376 pipes?
Available finishes include pickled, bright annealed (BA), and custom-polished surfaces based on customer requirements.

3. How do ASTM A376 pipes differ from ASTM A312?
While both cover austenitic stainless pipes, ASTM A376 focuses on high-temperature and boiler-related applications, whereas ASTM A312 covers general-purpose stainless steel pipes.

4. Are ASTM A376 pipes supplied in heat-treated condition?
Yes. These pipes are delivered in solution-annealed or stabilized-annealed condition as per specification to ensure optimum mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
