AISI 904L stainless steel plate (UNS N08904 / EN 1.4539 / GB 015Cr21Ni26Mo5Cu2) is a low-carbon, high-alloy austenitic stainless steel designed for harsh corrosive environments, with excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. It has excellent resistance to reducing acids such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and acetic acid (applicable to a wide range of concentrations, such as 0-98% sulfuric acid).
904L corrosion-resistant plate The short-term use temperature of stainless steel plate can reach 400°C, but the strength decreases under long-term high temperature, and continuous high temperature conditions should be avoided.

The 904L stainless steel plate supplied by GNEE can be used for a long time below 1000℃, and its anti-oxidation performance is better than that of ordinary austenitic stainless steel. It is equipped with a high-temperature heat treatment furnace (±5℃ temperature control accuracy), optimizes the stability of material structure, and adopts multiple cold rolling (total deformation ≥60%) to improve the flatness and surface finish of the plate (Ra≤0.8μm).
