TP316 stainless steel condenser tube is an austenitic stainless steel tube designed for condensers, heat exchangers and cooling systems operating in corrosive or high temperature environments. Conforming to ASTM A213, A269 and A249 standards, it is ideal for power plants, desalination plants and chemical processing systems.
Product Description

TP316 stainless steel condenser tube undergoes solution annealing treatment (1010-1120℃ insulation) to inhibit the precipitation of chromium carbide after welding. It needs post-weld annealing to meet the ASTM A262 intergranular corrosion test. It is suitable for small and medium-sized condensing equipment that can be heat treated. After stress relief annealing, the vibration fatigue life reaches 300,000 cycles, and the risk of fracture is reduced by 40% compared with 304 stainless steel condenser tube.

TP316 Stainless Steel Steam Condenser Tube has a pitting resistance equivalent (PREN) of 24-28, and its chloride ion corrosion resistance is 2 times higher than that of 304 stainless steel. The tensile strength is ≥515MPa, the yield strength is ≥205MPa, and it can withstand a design pressure of 8MPa. It is suitable for medium and high pressure steam condensing systems.
