DIN 1.4307 pipe, also known as AISI 304L or X2CrNi18-9, is a low-carbon austenitic stainless steel. It is a single austenite structure in the annealed state and is non-magnetic. After cold rolling, a small amount of martensite is generated due to work hardening, and the magnetism is weak.
The cold-rolled 1.4307 tube has high dimensional accuracy, with an outer diameter tolerance of ±0.1mm and a wall thickness tolerance of ±0.05mm; the roughness Ra≤0.8μm (can be polished to Ra≤0.2μm), meeting the requirements of mirror decoration or sanitary grade.

DIN 1.4307 stainless steel pipe has 18-20% Cr to form a dense Cr₂O₃ passivation film, which is resistant to atmospheric, fresh water and steam corrosion, with an annual corrosion rate of <0.01mm (tested by immersion in 3% NaCl solution for 30 days).
DIN 1.4307 cold drawn pipe has a tensile strength of ≥500MPa, an elongation of ≥45% (better than 40% of hot-rolled pipe), and a cold bending radius of up to 2D (outer diameter of the pipe) without cracks, supporting bending, flaring, flanging and other forming processes under complex working conditions.
DIN 1.4307 hygienic stainless steel tubing has passed 3A, NSF 61, and EU 10/2011 hygiene certifications, and the inner wall is smooth and does not breed bacteria.
