304 Stainless Steel Exhaust Tubing

Product Description
304 stainless steel exhaust pipe has an austenitic structure of 18% chromium + 8% nickel, which can resist sulfide, nitrogen oxide and acid rain corrosion in exhaust gas. 304 stainless steel pipe has been pickled and passivated to enhance its salt spray resistance and pass the 1000-hour salt spray test (ASTM B117).
304 stainless steel automobile exhaust pipe has high temperature resistance: it can withstand 600℃ for a long time and 800℃ for a short time, and has an anti-oxidation layer to prevent high temperature oxidation and peeling. It is suitable for engine exhaust system and industrial furnace exhaust pipe.

FAQ
Q. What is the difference between 304 exhaust pipe and 316 exhaust pipe?
A. Composition difference: 316 contains 2-3% molybdenum, which is more resistant to chloride ion corrosion and high temperature.
Cost: The price of 316 is 15-30% higher than that of 304.
Q. How long is the service life of 304 exhaust pipe?
A. Design life: It can reach more than 10 years under normal working conditions, and the maintenance cost is 50% lower than that of carbon steel.
