After removing the hot-rolled oxide scale, the 2B surface roughness of 309S stainless steel cold-rolled coil is Ra≤0.8μm (BA surface Ra≤0.2μm), and it can be used for high-end kitchenware (such as oven liner) and the inner wall of heat treatment equipment without additional polishing, saving 30% of surface treatment costs.

The surface defect rate of 309S stainless steel coil after cold rolling is <0.3% (industry average 1%), and the fluidity during welding is good, reducing defects such as pores and slag inclusions, and the welding qualification rate is ≥98%.
